Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1 Eligibility: By applying for the Affiliate Program (“Program”) for GRAPHIC T-SHIRTS offered by GRAPHIC T-SHIRTS (“Company”), you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2 Application: Submit your application through our official Affiliate Program sign-up form. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion based on various factors, including but not limited to your marketing methods and online presence.
2. Commissions
2.1 Commission Structure: Affiliates participating in the Program earn a competitive 20% commission on the net sale amount for each referred customer. Commissions are calculated monthly.
2.2 Payouts: Commissions will be paid monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $50. Payments will be made via PayPal, provided it aligns with our payment processing capabilities.
3. Marketing Guidelines
3.1 Brand Representation: Affiliates are ambassadors of our brand and are expected to uphold our values of integrity, authenticity, and quality. All promotional activities should align with our brand image.
3.2 Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, false advertising, and intentionally harming our brand through defamatory means.
4. Tracking and Analytics
4.1 Tracking: Upon acceptance into the Program, you will be provided with unique affiliate tracking links to ensure accurate commission tracking for your referrals.
4.2 Analytics: Access detailed performance analytics to monitor your referral activities, track conversion rates, and assess your commission earnings.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
5.2 Violations: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program for violations of these terms, including engaging in activities that intentionally harm our brand or breach ethical standards.
6. Governing Law
6.1 Applicable Law: This Agreement is subject to the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
6.2 Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
By joining our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these comprehensive terms and conditions.
