Every piece in the GRAPHIC T-SHIRTS collection is made to order and held to the highest standards of craft and quality. Because each garment is produced exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will reship the correct item immediately.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days of that date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed parcel, we will notify you by email. We will hold the order for 30 days. To arrange a reship, confirm your correct delivery address and applicable reshipping costs will apply. Unclaimed orders after 30 days will be donated to charity.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned without prior written authorisation
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and applied to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your statement.
