- Email address — to deliver your license key and send transactional emails
- Name — included in your PayPal transaction, used for invoicing

- License key and domain — to manage your plugin activation and enforce one-site-per-license
- Plugin download logs — version downloaded and timestamp; used to prevent abuse
- Payment data — processed exclusively by PayPal. We never receive or store your card details

- Inactive customer accounts: 2 years after last activity

Your data is stored in Canada, which the European Commission has recognized as providing adequate data protection. Some processors (PayPal, email providers) may operate in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
7. Your Rights
All customers (PIPEDA): Access, correction, and withdrawal of consent.
EU/EEA customers (GDPR): Access, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority at edpb.europa.eu.

The GT BOGO Engine sales and download pages use only essential session cookies necessary for the website to function. No tracking or advertising cookies are used on these pages.
9. Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. License keys are stored in an encrypted database. Payment data is handled exclusively by PayPal and never touches our servers.
10. Children
GT BOGO Engine is a business software product not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be communicated by email to active license holders at least 14 days before taking effect.
